At Plasfab, our custom design services fulfill the needs of small to midsize turnkey projects. We excel at taking basic concepts through to certified engineered stamped drawings as required.
Our designers develop concepts acquired through site visitation leading to conceptual sketches. In collaboration with our clients, we also provide design changes and improvement to existing designs where necessary or appropriate.
Our knowledgeable and experienced project managers, fabricators, fitters and certified welders then execute your custom solution.
Quality control is key to satisfaction; we perform both in-process and final inspections making sure all specifications and tolerances are met.
Through on-site visitation, we’ll also provide recommendations to:
- Increase productivity
- Lower costs of initial investment of fabrication
- Improve preventative maintenance requirements and efficiency
Finished Fabrication PAINT - Enamel & 2 Part
Our painting specialists have the ability to apply industrial paint and coatings to provide the “final touch” to custom fabrication. Special care and attention to detail is key to our customer satisfaction and our commitment to quality.
Types of finishes available are dependent on customer specifications. We also offer a custom colour-matching service. Our facility can easily accommodate structures of 10′W x 26′L x 10′H.
